B&B srl is able to design several options of anti-wear coatings for ceramic mills, which meet specific operational and maintenance needs:

Designed and developed in partnership with Sacmi and Bitossi, this composite lining in wear-resistant rubber and Alubit , It has a long life and combines the ease of maintenance of rubber with the energy efficiency of alumina. Ideal for the refining phase in continuous grinding in high-wear areas and for solving technological problems in the grinding cycle, LCube (Long Life Lining) guarantees longer life and an increase in energy efficiency. A mill equipped with LCube will in fact have greater production for the same energy consumption.

LCube panels last more than twice as long as traditional rubber linings and represent a technological leap towards maximum grinding efficiency, reduction of labor costs and machine downtime for lining maintenance.

Innovative hight thickness lining consisting of asymmetric lifting bars and smooth plates, recommended for the early stages of grinding (crushing) ; suitable for both silica and alumina grinding bodies ensuring greater durability and wear resistance.

Advanced solutions with corrugated section lining, consisting of symmetric lifting bars and differential thickness plates ,suitable for the fine grinding phase with alumina grinding bodies. These anti-wear systems improve the efficiency of discontinuous mills with profiles optimized for different working conditions

INTERLOCKING

Our modular rubber interlocking system, positioned on special guides integral with the body of the mill without the need to drill it, allows you to obtain great advantages for the maintenance and rigidity of the mill. In addition to summarizing all the advantages of traditional rubber coverings, it ensures important innovations:

– The shape geometry of the modules ensures a slower and more uniform wear of the coating;
– The mill body is not drilled and therefore the torsion rigidity is not affected and the flexural strength is improved;
– As the module is symmetric, it allows the mill rotation clockwise and counter-clockwise.
